Role and Responsibility :

Customer Service through calls, Chats & emails
Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware through call.
Microsoft Application, OS (Windows/MAC/Linux), hardware, servers(Protocols/DNS/Active Directory etc.) and Network(VPN/Routers/LAN/WAN etc.)troubleshooting
International Process
Flexible to work in shifts(Rotational)

Education and Qualification :

Experience 0- 2 yrs
Graduates in B.Com, B.A, BCA, BBA, BHM, BSc & BSc IT
Undergraduate (Except pursuing any regular course/technical course, pursuing course with specialization in Stats, Maths, Hons & Eco Hons, current year 12^th Pass out)
Excellent communication skills
Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts
Proficient in computer usage and Basic knowledge on MS Office
