In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions over voice calls and providing prompt, accurate, and professional support to customers using Amazon Ring.

Work Location: Bhopal
Experience : Fresher – 2 years
Role and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound voice calls from Amazon Ring customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer concerns, identify the root cause of issues, and provide accurate resolutions.
- Assist customers with product-related queries, account issues, device setup, troubleshooting, warranty information, subscriptions, and general service-related questions.
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures to resolve technical or operational issues.
- Escalate unresolved or complex cases to the appropriate internal support teams while ensuring complete documentation.
- Record customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately in the system.
Education and Skills :
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on multiple applications.
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
