Job Description :

Introduction to BCP: Join Caterpillar and seize the opportunity to experience one of our esteemed manufacturing set up team as a Trainee within the Building & Construction Products division in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. In this pivotal role you will work for assembling backhoe loader, skid steer loader and support new project requirements in the shop floor. Introduction to Traineeship: In an endeavour to promote apprenticeship in India. The scheme entails financial support to establishments undertaking traineeship programs.

Role and Responsibility :

• Work under basic supervision to assemble and test machine parts, components, and systems as per production requirements.
• Operate one or more machines on the shop floor following safety and quality standards.
• Support painting and finishing activities for machine parts or components when assigned.
• Work in a shop-floor environment, involving 8–9 hours of standing work each day.
• Training activities may require lifting and carrying materials up to 8 kg as part of regular tasks.

Education and Skills :

• Eligibility: Candidates who have completed their Diploma course.
