Job Description :
Polaris, a global powersports leader, is looking for a “Entry Level” QA Engineer to build high quality products on the Ride Command team. This is an exciting position on a team building world-class infotainment and connected rider solutions. As a technical contributor on the team, you will have the ability and empowerment to make changes and move quickly. You will have the opportunity to directly impact infotainment, connected vehicle, and cloud projects at Polaris. The ideal candidate is effective in a fast-paced Agile development environment, pushing industry best practices and system maturity through technical leadership, analysis, white box testing, automated testing, and performance testing of Ride Command products.

Role and Responsibility :
- Having basic knowledge about business (P2P, O2C & R2R).
- Maintenance and updating of detailed SOP documents.
- working and analyzing process document exceptions to resolve the issues.
- Respond to inquiries to provide status or other related information, conduct routine investigations, and escalate inquiries that are unresolved through standard procedures. Coordinate with the team to obtain the required documentation to set up vendor files.
- To work on the daily/ weekly/ monthly reporting processes as per the management requirement
- Review and analyze accounting entries and work to resolve the issues.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with Purchasing, Stores, and Finance counterparts in the respective locations to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Continuous process improvement mindset and re-engineering for optimization
- Prepare & post AP journal entries (accruals, accounting entries as required).
- Processing of monthly freight & non-freight/customs/warehouse invoices.
- Monthly preparation of reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts in OS.
- Perform month-end / Quarterly/ Annual Close reports.
- Processing of daily AP invoices in our ERP system.
Education And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce aggregate 60% and above along with a master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 0-2 years of working experience in international accounting
- Must speak English fluently- other languages a plus.
- Good Team player
- Good communication skills
- Great organizational skills and a good level of working by him/her self
- Great ability and drive for quality, accuracy, and detail
- Ability to work under pressure
