We are seeking a dynamic and motivated candidate to join our HR Tech team as a Trainee – HR Tech. This role will provide an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to gain valuable experience in the field, with a primary focus on learning, introducing new technologies, Supporting Implementations and managing the applications.

Competencies :

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for systems implementation.
System Configuration: Learn to configure and customize system platforms based on organizational requirements.
Project Support & Systems availability: Contribute to the development of project plans by assisting in task identification and timelines.
Training and User Support: Assist in conducting training sessions for end-users and function staff on system functionality.
Data Migration Assistance: Assist in executing data validation processes to ensure accuracy.
Testing Support (UAT): Assist in coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) with key stakeholders.
Documentation Assistance
Manage the systems post – go live

Education and Skills :
