Job Description :
The Shared Services Site provides a one stop shop for all mission critical services at high quality and a low cost. The team manages a range of responsibilities, from solving complex problems for all our stakeholders across the board by offering world-class services such as Source to Contract, Procure To Pay for Goods not for Resale, Business Intelligence & Robotic Process Automation, Networking, and to Pre & Post Payment Audits. You will be a part of the Global Business Services supporting Procure to Pay area. This position is responsible for the day to day operations of the procurement team. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary. Also, this position may have to operate in shifts as per business needs from time to time.

Role and Responsibility :
- Creation, Modification and closure of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in SAP/Ariba.
- Review, routing and approval of invoices by defined criteria.
- Provide customized support to assist with deadlines and drive reduction of completion times
- Point of Contact for business partners and monitor the team mailboxes
- Ownership with timely follow up and support for request throughout the process
- Respond to customer and internal stakeholder inquiries about contract requests status, changes, or POs.
- Projects – From time to time there will be projects to support that could vary from Sourcing, Contracting, Procurement, Payment Audits etc.
- Digital Signatures – Send contractual documents for Walmart and vendor signature.
Education and Skills :
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- 0-2 years of work experience in Procure to Pay operations
- Exposure to SAP, Ariba and Coupa would be ideal.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Customer Focus and adaptability to change
