Experinence : Fresher – 2 years
Role and Responsibility :
- Capture and document client business reporting requirements.
- Builds technical design documentation for software changes and development.
- Analyze requirements and provide Solution Document / Proof of Concept to get Product Management / Client feedback and approval.
- Collaborate with Implementation and IT teams to ensure successful deployment of the solution.
- Keeps management team informed of work progress and is proactive in communicating any concerns or opportunities for better project delivery.
Education and Skills :
- BS Degree in a finance or accounting, business or technical field or related field or equivalent related experience
- 0-2 years of experience in relatable field
- Analytical skills
- Detail oriented and able to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage tasks in a time conscious manner to achieve goals
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Strong understanding with Microsoft Excel, experience in MS Access a plus
