- Utilize ServiceNow Orchestration to integrate and automate IT service management tasks.
- Write and maintain Python scripts to support various automation and integration tasks.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Participate in system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all system-related activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
