Deliver fully operational technical links (build + test) . Handle Punctual Technical Customer migration projects. Handle technical support level 1

- Perform all relevant technical requests
- Execute all pre-defined test cases
- Trouble-shooting problems and failed tests cases
- Produce all relevant KPIs for reporting
- Clarify requirements and cover the testing of finished features
- Support and answer queries from different support teams and stakeholders
