This internship will be part of the AI and Technology Solutions (ATS), covering Commercial Tech, Safety, Patient, and QARA product offerings.

Role and Responsibility :
- Assist in the implementation of applications across various product offerings, including Commercial Tech, Safety, Patient, and QARA.
- Provide support and services for application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in the testing and validation of applications to ensure they meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Document processes, procedures, and best practices related to application implementation and support.
- Monitor application performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Engage in continuous learning and development to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Education and Skills :
- Recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of application implementation and support processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Commercial Tech, Safety, Patient, and QARA product offerings.
- Experience with application testing and validation.
- Programming skills and Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Added advantage).
