Role and Responsibilities :
- Production Planning: Assist in planning plant production schedules and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Material Coordination: Ensure raw material availability as per the production plan by coordinating with the production and stores departments.
- Operational Efficiency: Plan and prioritize operations to maximize performance and minimize delays.
- Inventory & Audits: Support inventory management and assist during audits.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, ask questions, and contribute wherever needed to meet production goals.
