Your expertise in patent and trademark laws will be essential in managing the IP portfolio and providing guidance to business units on IP matters. Role and Responsibility:
- Develop and implement IP strategies to protect Honeywells intellectual property assets
- Manage the IP portfolio, including patent filings, trademark registrations, and copyright protection
- Provide guidance and support to business units on IP matters, including licensing, infringement, and litigation
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and evaluate new IP opportunities
Education and Skills :
- 0+ years of experience with Intellectual Property, with a focus on patents and trademarks.
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations
- Experience in drafting and negotiating IP-related agreements
