Job Description:

IBM is looking for high-potential MBA students to join the Business Operations – Special Projects Team for 2-3 months in person internship. The role involves working on strategic, data-driven initiatives with direct exposure to executive leadership.

Role and Responsibility:

• Drive strategic and operational special projects within the Business Operations team
• Analyze business data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
• Build dashboards, models, and reports using Excel and Power BI
• Apply AI/data-driven approaches to improve business performance
• Develop executive-ready presentations and present insights to senior leadership
• Work cross-functionally to execute initiatives end-to-end

Education and Skills :

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced analytics, modeling)
• Knowledge of Power BI and data visualization
• Basic understanding of AI and Data Science concepts
• Ability to work independently on complex problem statements
• Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skill
• Preferred technical and professional experience
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability
• Excellent English communication and presentation skill
