Role and Responsibilities :

• Conduct real-time video KYC sessions with customers in accordance with regulatory and internal compliance standards.
• Verify customer identity using officially valid documents (OVDs) such as Aadhaar, PAN.
• Perform liveliness checks, geo-tagging, and facial matching during the session to ensure authenticity.
• Capture and store video interactions securely as per RBI’s VCIP guidelines.
• Cross-check details with supporting documents and ensure accurate data entry in the KYC system.
• Identify and escalate suspicious or fraudulent cases to the compliance or risk team.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data privacy and security protocols.
• Meet daily/monthly targets for completed verifications while maintaining high accuracy and compliance.
• Stay updated on changes in VCIP regulations, KYC norms, and internal policy updates.
• Provide feedback to improve the VCIP process, tools, and customer experience
