You’ll join the Equity Products team to help build new products from the ground up. This is a hands-on, 0-to-1 role where you get to shape the experience, the partners, and the plumbing. You won’t inherit a finished playbook; you’ll help write it. You’ll work closely with design, engineering, growth, and external partners.

Role and Responsibility :
- Write and refine PRDs and help drive features from idea to launch, scoping requirements, chasing open questions, and keeping execution on track.
- Run competitive intelligence on Indian and global investing platforms. Track what others ship, break down their features, and surface what matters for our road map.
- Identify and evaluate vendors for the services we’ll depend on (data, payments, etc.), and help
- Drive integrations end to end, coordinating with external partners and internal teams to get third-party services live and working.
- Roll up your sleeves on the groundwork: research, analysis, partner coordination, and the unglamorous wiring that turns an early idea into a real product.
What we’re looking for :
- Very hands-on with AI. You use it daily to research, prototype, draft, and move faster, and you’re always pushing what it can do for you.
- Strong ownership. You take a problem and run with it end to end, no hand-holding required.
- A figure-it-out instinct. When you hit something you don’t know, you find the answer yourself instead of waiting to be told.
- Sharp product sense and genuine curiosity about how investing products work.
- Strong written communication. You can take a messy problem and write it down clearly.
- High comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action.
