As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee in the Warranty & Service function, you will gain hands-on exposure to warranty operations, service processes, dealer support, and data analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support warranty claim validation, reporting, and performance monitoring, contributing to continuous business improvement.

Role and Responsibility :
- Conduct daily quality checks of warranty claims in accordance with WUM , PSI & AD
- Digital transformation of Service documents in the DMS
- AI learning and implementation in the DMS/UCHP
- Sharepoint/Power Automate/Power App creation & Support
- Analyze warranty data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Provide system-related support to dealers.
- Prepare documentation and reports for warranty reviews.
- Monitor machine uptime and service performance.
- Develop and monitor warranty dashboards and KPIs.
- Prepare warranty training and competency development materials.
Education and Skills :
- Fresher – BE/ BTech
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
- Good presentation and documentation skills
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage
- Gain knowledge of Volvo products and end-to-end service lifecycle, including warranty processes
- Understand machine maintenance practices and preventive maintenance requirements
- Develop skills in product performance analysis and cost analysis
- Learn warranty cost reporting processes and basic finance concepts
- Get exposure to Volvo systems and internal business processes
- Understand warranty reviews conducted at dealer locations
- Gain knowledge of supplier and vendor recovery processes
- Participate in warranty-related improvement projects
- Enhance communication and professional effectiveness through structured training programs
- Gain exposure to manufacturing and assembly processes
