Role and Responsibility :

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
Requirements Gathering: Collect and document business requirements through meetings, workshops, and observations.
Test Planning and Execution: Develop test plans and scripts to ensure solutions meet the specified requirements.
Collaboration: Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate open communication and understand product features for better testing outcomes.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
Conduct Requirement Analysis: Identify, analyze, and document business needs, ensuring clarity and completeness of requirements.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining detailed documentation of test cases, results, and defect logs, and providing regular updates on testing progress and results.

Education and Skills :

Bachelor’s Degree: Typically, in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Master’s Degree (Optional): An MBA or relevant master’s degree can be advantageous.
