Morningstar seeks an Operations Associate/Analyst to join our operations. This will be a key role in our mission to provide exceptional client experience by ensuring our production and operational processes. This position is based in our Mumbai office.
Job Title : Operations Associate
Job Type : Full Time
Location : Mumbai
Experience : Fresher – 2 Years
Role and Responsibility:
- Advocate for changes to existing sources (website whitelisting and data quality improvements).
- Work with custodians and analyze feed data and feed layout documentation to understand custodial data elements and provide feedback to engineering and validation.
- Data mapping
- Work with custodians and advisors to set up access on existing feeds (feed authorizations)
- Customer sends feed request to Custodian and notifies Cust Ops email (SalesForce Queue)
Education and skills :
- Zero to 2 years of working experience of working on projects with contractual timelines and scope.
- Ability to execute regular operations and production processes.
- Skill in troubleshooting production issues.
- Knowledge of financial markets and products with inclination to learning.
- Ability to take general instruction on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects or assignments and execute on those assignments.
