Job Description :
Apprenticeship is a 12-month program that will provide a comprehensive learning experience, blending theoretical knowledge with on-the-job training. Over the 12-month period, apprentices at Russell Investments will gain valuable exposure to industry while developing essential soft skills and acclimating to a professional corporate environment.

Role and Responsibility :
- Support the proposal, opening, and maintaining and closing of Personalized Managed Accounts: convert large data sets from PDF to excel format; scrub data; run proposals; coordinate the account opening process and transactions in partnership with the Personalized Managed Accounts Services team; escalate operational, client service and technical issues as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree
- Keen interest in global capital markets, the wealth management industry, investment vehicles commonly used by financial advisors (e.g., separately managed accounts, mutual funds, ETFs, model strategies)
- Excellent critical and analytical thinking, attention to detail and written communication skills; ability to follow and proactively improve written procedures.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment while also working independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple responsibilities and changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products, in particular Excel, Outlook, Word
