As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. Education and Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- Experience with cloud-based communication platforms and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with application configuration and deployment in cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to contact center software solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
