Our SAP Global Systems Team, part of the IS&T organization, is responsible for designing and delivering the core business and technical infrastructure that supports Apple’s internal and external operations. We build and implement critical solutions that power functions like Finance, Sales, Retail, Services, and Operations. From SaaS platforms and iOS apps to advanced technologies like AI (including ML and NLP), IoT, and Blockchain—we leverage the latest tools to build industry-leading systems. The SAP team develops and maintains high-performance logistics, sales, supply chain, finance solutions using the SAP HANA platform and ECC/HANA applications, playing a key role in helping Apple maintain its position as a leader in customer support. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven SAP Functional Consultant to help shape the future of our supply chain, logistics and sales execution capabilities.

Responsibility :

• The IS&T organization offers a variety of functional consultant opportunities in SAP Team. This role spans new business initiatives and operational programs in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. As a SAP Functional Consultant, you will: – Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements. – Track and report project status updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. – Help drive project execution to ensure timely, on-budget delivery. – Build and nurture relationships across departments to support team alignment and success. As part of Apple’s Early Career Community, you’ll also have access to events and activities that support professional growth and foster meaningful connections with peers.

Education and Qualification:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate complex projects across internal and external teams.
• Masters or equivalent experience in Business Administration (MBA) degree.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Foundational understanding of business processes in procurement, logistics, order to cash and supply chain execution.
• Prior experience or certification in SAP is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Generative AI and cloud platforms.
• Good ability to tailor and communicate information for various stakeholders.
• Quick learner with a passion for new technologies.
• Professional experience in project management.
• Outstanding attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem-solving attitude with the ability to think critically and adapt.
• Works well within a team environment and supports colleagues in achieving common goals.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges quickly.
