Job Description :
We are looking for an entrepreneurial team member with technical acumen to help shape and deliver the future of the Cat Interact platform as we expand our communication capabilities and integration touchpoints with dealer systems and the Caterpillar digital ecosystem. As a member of the Product Management team, you’ll work closely with other team members, stakeholders and engineering partners to provide day-to-day support to dealers in relation to product implementation, utilization, configuration, and integrations with 3rd party providers.

Role and Responsibility :
- Assists clients with implementing new products, new releases and software upgrades. Responds to inquiries and requests from clients.
- Participates in analysis of client identified issues or problems which may require changes to software, procedures, or documentation.
- Diagnoses, troubleshoots and resolves common technical problems. Escalates as per procedures.
Education and Skills :
- Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
- Level Working Knowledge:
- Delivers helpful feedback that focuses on behaviors without offending the recipient.
