Role and Responsibility :

• As a Software Engineer Trainee, you will engage with programming languages and the latest development methodologies to build and enhance software solutions. You will be involved in deploying new software and upgrades within a large SaaS environment, ensuring smooth and reliable delivery. Your role will include adhering to change management procedures and deployment processes to maintain system integrity and minimize disruptions. Additionally, you will develop tools that automate complex tasks within the operations team, driving efficiency and innovation in daily workflows. This hands-on experience will empower you to contribute directly to Cisco’s cutting-edge technology and operational excellence.

Education and Skills :

• Minimum Qualifications • Programming languages and latest development methodologies • Deploying new software and upgrades to a large SaaS environment • Change management procedures and deployment processes. • Developing one or more tools used within the operations team to automate complex tasks.
