- The scale at which Flipkart operates and grows every year is a challenge for our systems hence UI is no
- different and we make sure our applications could handle that traffic. UI engineers at Flipkart will craft a
- brand new user-centric UI from scratch using latest web technologies and will be responsible for development of our consumer-facing website and web applications. One of the key responsibilities of an UI Engineer is to collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and user researchers to oversee the development of a product.
Education and Skills :
- Open to Women Engineers who are graduating in 2024 (BE/B.Tech/M.Tech / ME) with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics & Computing, Electronics & Communication ONLY.
- CGPA Cut Off: 7.5 & above
- CTC Overview: 32.57 LPA (18 Lakh Base pay, 10% variable, ESOPs worth 5 lakhs; Joining Bonus: 3 lakhs & Retention Bonus 3 Lakhs – detailed comp breakup will be shared with candidates shortlisted for online test
