Role and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for monitoring transactions and system health for Razorpay’s top merchants as well as the entire organization and alert relevant stakeholders whenever there is an issue with the system.
• Send communication and alerts during cases of incidents or anomalies in the system
• Collaborate with Internal teams as in when required
• Analyze the trends in the data and figure out trends and inferences
• Create Interactive dashboards for internal monitoring and metric consumption

Education and Skills :

• Ability to work with large data
• Hands on experience with BI Tools if any and Data manipulation
• Knowledge of SQL is required
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work 24/7 in shifts
