Apprentice will play a critical role in achieving business results by executing case support in OT and meeting customers. Apprentice can expect to gain broad knowledge of Medtronic’s business development and application functions and a detailed understanding of the role these functions play in the areas in which assignments are completed.

Role And Responsibility:
- Apprentice will go through intensive technical training on our therapies and products. Apprentice will be responsible for demonstrating proficiency in product and therapy knowledge.  Apprentice will receive orientation on OT and OPDs. Apprentice will be responsible for product implant support, meeting customer for therapy & product awareness,  Self-motivated individual who actively seeks to enhance his/her knowledge & skills.  Conduct scheduled training of hospital staff or surgeons on high end equipment’s on all possible applications.  Support during live surgeries in Operation Theaters on regular basis and as per requirements.  Take active part in workshops and conferences conducted in the region.  Conduct demo and provide application support as per the requirement. Handle logistics required for the same.  Ensure the products are utilized to maximum by the end user.  Help team with technical/ clinical discussion and provide related technical or clinical material whenever required.  Travel extensively within the region and at short notice period. Willingness to travel, this is field oriented job  Ability to work independently while at the same time playing an active team role.  Periodic documentation and reporting of all activities including field coverage, training, and demos.
