Role and Responsibility :
- APIs, integrations, and how systems talk to each other
- Debugging, log analysis, and root cause investigation
- Automation and tooling you build yourself
- Customer problem-solving from first contact to resolution
- Product and systems thinking, plus cross-functional work with Engineering, Product, and GTM
- Reading and navigating production codebases to investigate issues and understand system behavior
- Contributing code, bug fixes, tooling, or improvements under the guidance of experienced engineers
Education and Skills:
- Strong programming fundamentals and real comfort reading code
- Familiarity with REST APIs and web technologies
- Genuine curiosity about how software systems work end to end
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving instincts
- Clear written and verbal communication, since you’ll talk to both customers and engineers
- This role is on a rotational shift schedule covering mornings, evenings, and weekends – flexibility with timings is a must
