Role and Responsibility :

• First level applications development position representing the most common entry point into the organization.
• Works under close supervision to acquire skills and knowledge; performs routine activities related to application development.
• Typically codes, tests, debugs, and implements software applications based on defined requirements.
• Assists in analyzing user requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Participates in unit testing and supports integration testing activities to ensure quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoots and resolves basic technical issues with guidance from senior team members.
• Follows established coding standards, development processes, and documentation practices.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams including QA, support, and product teams to understand functional requirements.
• Maintains proper documentation of code changes and development activities.
• Learns and adapts to new tools, technologies, and development methodologies as required.
• Supports maintenance and enhancement of existing applications.
• Demonstrates willingness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities over time.
