Motorola Solutions Finance Operation Center is a department of Motorola in Kraków which gives you an opportunity to participate in the setup of the new organization. The center is a part of our global network of Finance Operation Centers (FOC) which provides world-class finance, accounting and purchasing services to Motorola branches in Europe, Middle East, Africa and US region. Job Title : Junior Order Validation Specialist
Job Type : Full Time
Location : Bangalore
Experience : Fresher – 1 Year

Role and Responsibility :

• Complete order validation for all internal and external customers.
• Complete Service Agreement for US Government customers.
• Order release in close cooperation with: finance (billing, collections, corporate credit, tax), export control, product  groups, PM’s, sales etc.
• Credit approval for returns
• Adapting to a fast paced business with a focus on first in, first out cycle time on all requests while maintaining the ability to refocus quickly if business needs dictate
• Mixed shift:
  10 shifts/month: 6 pm-2 am IST
  Remaining shifts during the month: 9 am-5pm IST
  Month close: until last order
• Possibility to work on the weekends during quarter close.

Education and Skills :

• 0-1 year of experience in Customer Service / Order Management / Finance
• Possibility to work on mixed shift 50/50 – US hours (14:00-22:00)
• Fluent English
• Attention to details
• Knowledge about MS office and Google suite
• Good time management
• Dynamic, creative and good ability to present and assert oneself
• Communication skills, self motivated and able to work under pressure
