The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Program – 2026 at Reliance aims to hand-pick young, high-potential engineering talent across India and nurture them to take on key technical roles across Reliance.

The GET program provides a launch pad for budding engineers by giving them training and exposure through a 1-year structured learning journey
Discover the exciting world of Reliance through a robust Onboarding and Orientation program.
Build Technical Capabilities through a structured Learning program (discipline-specific, cross-discipline and on-the-job).
Make your career shine by leveraging growth opportunities available for young calibre engineers.
Annual Compensation: INR 7.5 LPA for Non-IITs & INR 9 LPA for IITs.

Education and Skills :

Final Year Engineering students from AICTE-Approved Colleges pursuing full-time B.Tech/B.E. Graduating in 2026 in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Civil, Metallurgical, or Instrumentation streams.
Minimum 60% or 6 CGPA across 10th, 12th, and Diploma (if applicable), and a minimum aggregate of 6 CGPA / 60% or more in engineering (up to the latest semester)
No Active Backlogs and No Cases of Detention: Students who currently have active backlogs or have experienced academic detention are not eligible
A candidate must not have a total of more than 3 years of education gap (between 10th and 12th, 12th and Diploma (if applicable), Diploma (if applicable) and B.Tech, 12th and B.Tech).
The candidate should be a resident of India.
