The CRM Business Analyst Apprentice will support Salesforce and CRM-related initiatives, business analysis activities, enhancement requests, data quality efforts, user adoption programs, and AI-enabled CRM projects. This role offers practical experience working with enterprise CRM platforms and business stakeholders across the organization.

- Support Salesforce enhancement and optimization initiatives.

- Assist with Salesforce data quality reviews and audits.
- Support CRM reporting and dashboard development.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
- Support vendor integration and data exchange activities.
- Assist with AI and automation initiatives related to Salesforce and customer data.
Education and Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.”
