- Responsibilities Maintain and update employee records Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures Ensure compliance with internal HR processes and standards Help with Policy review and updation Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (should have completed the degree and have PDC) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of HR functions and processes Proficiency in MS OAice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced HR environment
