Job Description :
As a Digital Services Scrum Master, you will support a cross-functional product team in adopting and maintaining Agile practices. You’ll help facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove basic blockers, and track team progress using Azure DevOps. This role is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about Agile methodology and eager to grow within a collaborative engineering environment.

Role and Responsibility :
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Support backlog grooming and sprint goal alignment with the Product Owner
- Remove or escalate impediments that block team progress
- Maintain sprint boards and team artifacts in Azure DevOps
- Promote team accountability, continuous improvement, and Agile values
- Track sprint metrics (velocity, burn-down charts) and share insights with stakeholders
- Foster a safe and inclusive team environment that encourages collaboration and transparency
Education and Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience working on Agile software development teams (as intern, analyst, QA, or junior role)
- Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum concepts
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps Boards or similar tools (Jira, Trello)
- Preferred Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I)
