Job Description :

Focuses on developing non-LLM models using classical ML techniques for prediction, anomaly detection, and trend analysis. Complements LLM engineers by building quantifiable models to support AI-first decisioning.

Job Title : Software Engineer
Job Type : Full Time
Location : Bangalore
Experience : Fresher – 2 years

Role and Responsibility :

• Build, train, and validate ML models (e.g., regression, clustering, forecasting).
• Develop feature extraction pipelines from structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers for dataset preparation.
• Document models, datasets, and assumptions in Confluence.
• Support integration of ML outputs into platform services.

Education and Skills :

• Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 0 to 2 years of experience
• Quantitative and problem solving skills
• Build, train, and validate ML models (e.g., regression, clustering, forecasting)
• Develop feature extraction pipelines from structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers for dataset preparation.
• Document models, datasets, and assumptions in Confluence.Support integration of ML outputs into platform services.
• Skills Required:
• Proficient in Python, scikit-learn, and statistical modeling.
• Good understanding of model evaluation metrics (ROC, F1, RMSE).
• Exposure to MLflow or equivalent model management tools.
