Role and Responsibilities :

• Assist the business operations team in streamlining company registration services and related processes.
• Support in research and analysis for business strategy, startup trends, and market opportunities.
• Help in identifying and documenting potential cross-selling opportunities across our startup base.
• Assist in day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring smooth execution and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Support vendor coordination and relationship management.
  
• Track and maintain basic performance metrics, dashboards, and reports for leadership visibility.
  
• Stay updated on incorporation/compliance requirements and assist in creating knowledge resources for founders.
  
• Provide general support across projects – from data analysis to presentations – as required by the team.

Education and Skills :

• Students currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business, Management, MBA ,Commerce, Law, Economics, or related fields.
  
• Strong interest in startups, business operations, and India’s incorporation/compliance ecosystem.
  
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.
  
• Analytical mindset, comfort with numbers and research.
  
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  
• Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, PPT/Docs is preferred.
