About ICICI Bank :

ICICI was formed in 1955 at the initiative of the World Bank, the Government of India and representatives of Indian industry. The principal objective was to create a development financial institution for providing medium-term and long-term project financing to Indian businesses. Job Description :

The ICICI Bank Aspire Program nurtures young professionals to pursue a career in banking, with a strong focus on learning, capability building, and cultural grounding. The program prepares participants to join the Bank as Relationship Managers in a sales role, guided by the Bank’s culture of “seva bhav”—serving customers with integrity, empathy, and responsibility.  In this sales role, you will engage closely with customers to understand their needs, build long-term relationships, and responsibly offer appropriate banking solutions, in line with the Bank’s values of truth, trust, and transparency, and the principle of being fair to the customer and fair to the Bank. The role involves continuous customer interactions and may require travel within and around the assigned location or city.

• Starting Salary (CTC) ₹4.50 Lakh to ₹5.00 Lakh* *Based on location.
• Stipend during the programme : A stipend of ₹18,000 per monthwill be paid during the programme.
• Program Duration : 2 Months Classroom Training

• Graduates, Engineers, Post Graduates, MBA
• Minimum with 60% in 10th and Graduation.
• Below 25 years (as on date of application)
• Applicant should be locationally mobile and willing to do Relationship & Sales roles
• Experience 0-2 Years
