Responsible for working in different queues as per the standard procedures ensuring high level of accuracy & consistency. The process part of Client Protection operations, which works with VISA & Master Pin less debit card | Credit Card | ATM Fees | Cheque Fraud transactions | Potential chargeback reason code is identified by the associate, as per Visa regulations and disputes will be processed accordingly and dispute will be resolved accordingly.

Role and Responsibility :
- Process transactions as per SOP & Customer Instructions
- Ensure that the quality of the transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters
- Ensure to meet the metrics laid down by the process
- Identify potential areas for process improvements & highlight the same to the TL/AM
- Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
Education and Skills :
- Graduation (Any Stream)
- Experience Range*Â 0-3 Years
- Â Foundational skills* –Â Typing skills with 40 wpm with 95% accuracy

- 24/7
- Â Rotational Shifts & Rotational Weekly offs
