Job Title: Engineer Application Support
Job Type: Full Time
Work Location: Mumbai / Pune
Experience: Entry level
Role and Responsibilities :
- NBO’s Of AC ,Integrated solutions , Refrigeration , Heat Pump & Flow For North, West & East India
- Share technical documentation required by customer
- Discussion of test plan & samples
- Updation of customer issues in oracle service portal
- Discussion / visit to customer to understand the issue
- Share inputs to customer for resolution after talking to plant / engineering
Education and Qualification :
- B.E. Mechanical , M Tech Thermal Would Be Preferred. With Exposure To HVAC electronics
- Should Be From Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Indistry
- Should Have hands On experience In HVAC System Testing Or Service
- Person With System Engineering , Testing , Service & Technical Support Activity background
- Good Communication Skills Sets – Written / Oral
