Leads the execution & change of manufacturing processes while supporting production.
Job Title : Graduate Engineer Trainee

Role and Responsibility :
- Develop manufacturing processes for New Product Introduction (NPI), documenting process changes, driving process / fixture improvements, driving lead and cycle time improvements, cost of quality (COQ), and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) actions.
- Participate & Drive LEAN initiatives for process improvements.
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and product cycles.
- Maintain the manufacturing engineering system on part routing and standards.
- Design necessary fixtures and tooling for manufacturing NPI’s and for process improvements.
- Manage multiple projects by providing scheduling, resource management, budget control and EHS compliance.
- Interface with vendors and internal contacts in an effective manner to ensure that the technical and EHS perspective is properly conveyed.
- Act as change agent, understanding and moving the operation toward world-class performance.
- Promote customer satisfaction and develop positive customer relationships.
- Participate in EHS related actions, to improve safety in own area.
Education and Skills :
- BS Degree in Engineering or Technology Field.
- Desire for hands on approach to resolving opportunities/issues. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Prior experience as a process leader and with implementing productivity tools.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadline.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to bring assignments to a successful completion. Ability to anticipate customer needs and ensure that they are met.
- Strong oral and written communication skills (Bilingual)
