Job Description :

The team’s main role is to help new domestic vendors during the onboarding process. They set up company profiles, draft contracts by recording the negotiated business terms, obtain signatures from relevant stakeholders, and ensure Lowe’s core systems have up-to-date information for specific projects. Additionally, they provide support for events related to onboarding vendors. On a daily basis, the team handles tasks such as setting up new items and managing their life cycle, including activities like managing discontinued items, reviewing and correcting data, changing item types, and maintaining accurate information about items on lowes.com. Some of what we do:

Role and Responsibility :
  • Executes all formal CRM related issue.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert for all internal or external initiatives regarding Item integrity.
  • Assist with troubleshooting & perform root cause analysis on items dropping of site.
  • Support product launches by collaborating with operations teams.
  • Extend support Tier 1 events.
  • Execute all merchant facing activities around item like brand launches. Strategic events etc.
  • Executes all formal item lifecycle processes and identifies process improvement opportunities.
  • Supports in the execution of efforts to put new processes in place to enhance Lowe’s ability to maintain the library and overall health of items.

  • Years of Experience : – 0-2 Years
  • Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)
  • Required Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree/ Business Administration or related field
