Lowe’s India is the retail technology center for Lowe’s Companies Inc. and is based out of Bengaluru, India. Set up in 2014, Lowe’s India focuses on technology and shared business services. Technology teams support e-commerce, mobile, infrastructure and corporate systems that enable various functions such as supply chain, distribution, corporate services. Initiated with just over 20 associates, Lowe’s India now has a growing associate base which employs over 3000 people.

Role and Responsibility :
- The Associate Analyst plays a supporting role in the trafficking and administration of Graphic assets that goes in Lowe’s stores as signages.
- Working with the Graphic Design team in Bangalore office – SSCB, the Associate will assist in the trafficking and management of graphic assets across all categories.
- In addition, the role helps with the administrative tasks and data.
- The Traffic Specialist also works collaboratively with the US Stakeholders – SSCM to organize and tag graphic assets and assists with the upload of these assets into Workfront portal for proofing/review.
- This is a fast-paced role that requires a keen eye for detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- The Traffic Specialist must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and be comfortable working in specialized trafficking systems
Education and Skills :
- Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timelines are met for all graphic setup.
- Partnership: Collaborates across the functions of the business to develop and maintain the communications
- Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and vendors, facilitating communication, providing updates, and ensuring alignment on service standards and expectations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions, Merchant feedback, and resolution outcomes, and share the data with leads to generate reports to track performance metrics and KPIs .
