Job Title : Product Development Engineer
Job Type : Full Time
Location : Hyderabad
Experience : Fresher – 3 Years
Role and Responsibility :
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to improve our products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning to continuously improve our products
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify patterns and insights that can be used to enhance our products
- Develop and maintain machine learning pipelines and workflows
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machine learning models and algorithms
- Document and communicate technical solutions and processes to team members and stakeholders.
Education and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models
- Knowledge of Transformers, Language Models , LLMs, AI Agents is a plus.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques such as supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and natural language processing
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Transformers, TensorFlow or Keras
- Knowledge of data processing and analysis tools such as SQL, Spark, or Hadoop
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
