Job Type: Full Time

Experience:
 Fresher – 2 Years

Role and Responsibility:
  • Visit and manage assigned bus operators regularly and work closely with them to grow their business on redBus.
  •  On-board new bus operators in the assigned territory and teach them how to sell online.
  •   Handle bus operator objections and provide solutions to the bus operator.
  •   Sell visibility and growth products to operators to grow their business on redBus.
  •   Source discounts that help improve bus operator occupancy.
  •   Effectively communicating new product developments to bus operators and driving usage.
  •   Managing on-ground marketing activities to grow the bus operator business.
  •   Share market updates, feedback, and issues regularly with the manager.
Education and Skills : 
  • Educational Qualification: MBA
  • Experience: 0-2 Yrs
  • Should be willing to travel and be in the market for 16 days in a month
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  •  Should have Excel Knowledge
  • Ability to understand tech products and explain in simple language user basis situations
  • Good command of the Local language and English
  • Must Have Skills: B2B, Business Development, onboarding, Key Account Management, Channel, Revenue, MBA, Malayalam,Dealer, Distributor
    Good To Have: Channel, Revenue generation, Relationship Building,
