As an Academy for Cloud Delivery Associate, you’ll take part in an 8–12-month immersive learning journey designed to build technical, functional, and professional skills through hands-on training, global certifications, and real-world experience across leading cloud platforms.

Role and Responsibility :

• Upon successful completion of the program, you will be assigned to a key role within SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) – contributing directly to helping our customers succeed across the entire value chain. The key roles you may be assigned to include:
• Technical Operations – responsible for running customer landscapes 24×7 around the globe.
• Customer Engagement roles – support customers’ day-to-day operations:

Education and Skills :

• 0–3 years of technical professional experience: Database management, user management, cloud architecture, server management, or operational systems management.
• Education & Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or a related field. Early-career professionals and recent graduates are welcome.
• Technical Curiosity: Strong interest in cloud technologies, enterprise solutions, and IT operations, with a foundational understanding of databases, operating systems, or cloud concepts (preferred).
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Detail-oriented, data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze information, solve problems creatively, and communicate ideas clearly.
• Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and emotional intelligence to thrive in a global, team-oriented environment.
• Growth & Learning Orientation: Curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning—ready to pursue certifications and embrace emerging technologies, including AI.
