As an Integration Support Associate, you’ll implement (local) and maintain (local and enterprise) integrations to ensure Zocdoc maximizes appointment inventory and enables patients to enjoy successful booking experiences.

Role and Responsibility :
- Are passionate about technology and enthusiastic about bringing solutions to both patients and providers.
- Are curious people with a love for fixing technology and working with people.
- Are outstanding in communicating effectively (both verbal and written).
- Troubleshoot and resolve existing integration issues or requests for local and enterprise clients.
- Identify the cause of an issue and resolve or recommend a solution to the appropriate parties.
- Deploy and set up new implementations efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless integration experiences.
- Attend and participate in team meetings and huddles.
- Utilize rubrics and peer reviews to learn and improve performance.
Education and Skills :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field (with at least 60% score).
- 0 to 3 years of work experience (Talented Freshers can also apply).
- A solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and analytical thinking.
- Quick learning capability with a passion for technology.
- Familiarity with APIs, SQL, and system integrations (a plus).
