Job Title : Data Entry Operator
Job Type : Full Time
Location : Kolkata
Experience : Fresher – 2 Years

Details :

• Key Responsibilities:
  Enter and update data in DPMS software accurately and efficiently
  Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
  Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  Process data in a timely manner as per deadlines
  Generate reports from DPMS when required
  Cross-check entered data with source documents
  Maintain proper filing and documentation (digital/physical)
  Coordinate with team members and other departments for data validation
  Follow SOPs and compliance guidelines for data management
  
  Required Skills:
  Basic knowledge of DPMS software (or similar systems)
  Fast and accurate typing skills
  Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer applications
  Attention to detail and accuracy
  Good organizational and time-management skills
  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  
  Qualifications:
  Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
  Preferred: Graduate in any discipline
  Certification in computer applications is an advantage
  
  Experience:
  0–2 years of experience in data entry or similar role
  Freshers with good computer skills may also apply
