Role and Responsibility:

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.Â
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD or Figma.Â
- Experience with user research techniques such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.Â
- Knowledge of design architecture principles and experience in creating user flows and navigation models.Â
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies and their impact on user interface design.Â
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Â
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify user pain points and propose effective design solutions.Â
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlinesÂ
- Agile and Design Thinking knowledge and a very curious mindÂ
- Comfort preparing and leading creative workshopsÂ
- Ability to deliver responsive design proposals to multiple platforms
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, UI Design or a related fieldÂ
- Proven experience as a User Experience architect, UX designer, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your design workÂ
