At Eaton India Innovation Center, this position is part of Mobility SW organization responsible for growing Mobility embedded software and controls capabilities for the automotive products This position is based at our office in Magarpatta City, Pune.

Job Title: Associate Engineer Firmware
Job Type: Full Time
Work Location: Pune
Experience : Fresher – 1 Years

Role and Responsibility :

Engage in architecting and developing, Mobile and Cloud based applications.
Focus on Build management, change management, and configuration management tools like JIRA/bamboo/Bit Bucket/SVN etc.
Suggest and develop re-usable components and looks for continuous improvement opportunities. Share knowledge within the team and demonstrate flexibility working in parallel on multiple products.
Develop an understanding of both technology and product concepts and articulate product and software Architecture. Ensure quality of delivery in accordance with the plan adhering to the standard practices used in agile/waterfall model.
Experience in code reviews with team members for modules/tasks and ensuring that best practices and efficient coding standards are adhered.

Education and Qualification :

Bachelor’s / Master’s in computer science / electronics/ E&TC engineering
Hands-on expertise in Angular, WPF based enterprise software applications.
Hands-on experience in writing Unit Test using NUnit / MOq / etc.
Experience in development of AWS, Web APIs services will be added benefit
Experience in working in Agile Team
Hands-on experience on developing Mobile applications.
Able to configure embedded software systems and develop graphical user interface (GUI) on multiple platforms such as laptop, hand-held devices or web portals that allow user-friendly (re)configuration of safety systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with respect to written and oral communication, including the ability to explain technical concepts.
Knowledge and experience with process frameworks (e.g. CMMI) including requirements management, defect tracking, build management, change management, CI/CD and configuration management tools
Apply analytical & problem solving skills to resolve complex technical issues.
Experience collaborating with local / global suppliers for Software procurement, building test lab setups etc.
Excellent communications skills. A high degree of aptitude, creativity is required.
Desired:
Good to have experience on IoT, mobile App, web platform development.
Good to have knowledge of AWS, Azure based services”
Qualifications:
Education level required Bachelors in computer science / electronics/ E&TC/ Instrumentation engineering
Years and area of experience required – Fresh Graduate from college
Technical knowledge “- Knowledge with Agile concepts
Exposure on C / C++ and Communication protocols.
Working knowledge of Osclliscope, hardware debugging, Analog and Digital Circuits
Exposure to Python and Testing tools is a good to have”
Soft skills Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) to communicate information effectively to customers, and technical staff
