• PMO & Transition Support (Foundational)
  Assist in supporting ongoingprojects and transitionsthrough data collection, tracking, and coordination
  Maintainbasic trackersfor milestones, actions, risks, and dependencies under guidance
  Supportknowledge transfer (KT) tracking, readiness reviews, and transition checklists
  Assist withgo-live and stabilization documentation
  Governance & Reporting Support
  Update standardPMO governance templates(action logs, RAID logs, status trackers)
  Support preparation ofsimple status summaries and dashboards
  Assist in compilingpresentation materialfor leadership and governance forums
  Analysis & Documentation
  Performbasic Excel-based analysisto identify trends, gaps, or delays
  Support creation and updating of:
  High-level project / transition plans
  Process overviews and documentation
  Governance and operating model documents
  Ensure documentation iswell-structured, accurate, and version-controlled
  Coordination & Administrative Support
  Supportmeeting logisticsincluding agendas, minutes of meetings (MoMs), and action tracking
  Coordinate with internal teams tocollect updates and inputs
  Maintain organized repositories onSharePoint / Microsoft Teams
  Continuous Improvement (Learning-led)
  Review existing trackers and templates to identifysimplification or standardization opportunities
  Apply MBA concepts (operations, finance, strategy, governance) to suggest improvementsunder supervision

• Eligibility
  MBA / PGDM graduate (Freshers only)
  Specialization in Operations, General Management, Finance, or Strategy preferred (not mandatory)

  Strong willingness to learn and ability to work with structured guidance
  Good analytical skills and comfort with numbers
  Working knowledge ofMS Excel and PowerPoint
  Clear written and verbal communication skills
  High attention to detail and execution discipline
