Job Description :
USI DE Engagement Controlling team has an opportunity for Associate Analyst role. Join the team which will involve in closely working with the German team in various EC related work. As an Engagement Controller your job will be supporting our local PMOs with engagement reporting, pricing, model optimization and general ad hoc tasks. You will work closely with the onshore Project Controllers, so will have a day-to-day communication and interaction with Swiss counterpart.

Role and Responsibilities :
- Actively support in controlling inputs on engagements such as time, third party costs and expenses and challenge charges as required across a portfolio of project.
- Support the financial management of a portfolio of projects across their lifetime.
- Support in the preparation and execution of billing clients as well as following up on active debtor management.
- Support in Engagement financial reporting on a weekly & monthly basis.
- Support engagement financial analysis and engagement management needs.
- Perform and manage day-to-day project management office (PMO) functional tasks and day-to-day contract management activities in coordination with BSC Controlling.
Education and Skills :
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance background BCom/BBA.
- Up to 1 year of experience in finance related work.
- You are a dynamic and flexible person with good numerical and commercial skills
- You have a high level of responsibility and ability to use own initiative
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and other MS office suits.
