Job Description :
We are inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Procurement. We need someone with deep understanding and understanding of handling email inquiries from internal customers, as well as external vendors. Delivering professional, effective, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer’s requirements are met. You will be responsible to research and resolve inquiries relating to Accounts Payable, Procurement Operations, Supplier queries and Product Ordering.

Role and Responsibility :
- You shall process purchase requisition and supplier-set up
- You should handle email inquiries from internal customers, as well as external vendors. Delivering professional, useful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer’s requirements are met
- You will to keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- Develop communication between customers to have a smooth transaction
- Ability to perform and resolve query of a customer to build a better relationship
Education and Skills :
- Freshers are eligible.
- Graduation in Commerce (B.Com)
- Excellent Communication Skills – Written and Spoken
